Rationing system

Design change

Dear customers, due to better availability, from 22/08/2022 we deliver all our controllers in slightly different installation boxes, which are functionally completely identical to the original ones, only they are slightly different in design - they do not have the bottom sharp edge. The size of the controller, i.e. the number of modules and other parameters, does not change. The absence of the bottom sharp edge also objectively facilitates the installation of the controller in the switchboard.

End of cooperation with Russia

25.2.2022

Today we ended our cooperation with Russia. No orders from this country are possible and no technical support will be provided. Also, Russian language will be removed from all our future software updates.

Price increase

Global semiconductor shortages

Dear customers, due to these shortages we are not able to produce many of our products, especially wattrouters. The problem might affect even our other products, please refer here for further info and expected lead times.

Spare parts for WATTrouter M series

Spare fan
There is possible to replace this fan: When replacing it is necessary to remove the regulator from the application. Old fan can be replaced by removing the base board from the plastic box. Unplug the fan connector and release 2 screws which hold the fan block to the base board. Then remove the fan from white supports by releasing another 2 screws. Insert new fan and mount the fan block to the board in the same way.

Spare triac BTA16-800CW
We do not deliver this part, it can be bought in any shop with electronic parts. Take the device to an electronic repair service. Protect triacs with corresponding semiconductor fuses to avoid triac damages.
