WATTrouter MxWATTrouter Mx is a flagship product of our company. It is versatile programmable controller to optimize self-consumption of energy produced by photovoltaic or wind power plant. Current measurement range is 3x20A for the default version, and 3x100A for the 100A version. When properly installed and configured, this controller maximizes the usage of produced surplus energy in your house by "routing" it to your loads. According to the price differences between feed-in tariff and normal electricity tariff in respective country and the amount of energy the customer can self-consume the device can pay itself within less than 4 months! The Mx series offer 6 SSR outputs with programmable proportional control of heating appliances or PWM control. It furthermore has 2 relay outputs. There is option to add wireless SC-Gateway module to enable wireless control, there are more sophisticated time schedules, multi-purpose ANDI inputs, integrated MicroSD card and many other improvements compared to the older M series.    WATTrouter Mx consists of 2 modules - current sensing module and regulator. It can be configured and monitored from any IBM compatible computer or noteebook over the USB interface or Ethernet interface. Ethernet interface supports web based setup from any device that can run a common web browser. Furthermore, RS485 connection is also possible. WATTrouter Mx is completely silent, because the power triacs known from WATTrouter M were replaced by SSR outputs that connect to passively cooled power SSRs. This eliminates problems with fan noise, dust and the necessity to repair damaged controller in the event of power triac short circuiting. Power SSRs can also be dimensioned according to the connected load and cooling options. WATTrouter Mx can also be equipped with the SC-Gateway wireless interface which we developed in cooperation with the czech company ENcontrol. This modul allows fully-fledged wireless data transfer of all output control modes, endpoints can be wireless socket modules from ENcontrol or another WATTrouter ECO regulator equipped with a SC-Router module. This interface will be useful wherever it would be difficult to fit the cable connection between the regulator and the appliance. See information about supported ENcontrol wireless components. WATTrouter Mx also supports MODBUS, S-CONNECT protocols and direct connection of some IoT devices via WIFI network. Important note: The commissioning of the continuous regulation of the appliance (eg. an immersion heater) according to the available photovoltaic surplus energy always needs at least one power semiconductor relay - SSR. Note: If you already use an older WATTrouter controller, then you can buy only standalone Mx series regulator. The current sensing module is fully compatible to both series, there is only different label on it. Note: Before purchase please make sure you understand (or know someone who understands) the LAN network configuration techniques. We cannot give support for problems bound with the LAN configuration or Internet access / NAT configuration (this requires specific knowledge as for other networking products).
